Shipping policy
• If an exchange or return is needed, please email us at: chambraykids@gmail.com to request a return label.
• Returns must be shipped out within 7 days of delivery.
• A flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your total refund.
• Returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
• If the return brings the total kept to below $85 we will charge the original shipping fee.
• Returned items must have all tags attached and unworn. Please make sure to include your packing slip with your order number in the package.
• No more then 8 items can be returned per order.
