Refund policy

• If a return is needed, please request a return label by pulling up the specific order in your account. If your request follows our return terms and conditions, you will receive a return label via email.
  

• If an exchange is needed, please place your new order online and follow the above prompts for the return. When selecting a return reason, please select 'other' and specify 'exchange' so that you will not be charged for the return label fee

• Returns must be shipped out within 5 days of delivery

• A flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your total refund.
• Returns are the responsibility of the customer. 
• Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
• If the return brings the grand total to below $85 we will charge the original shipping fee.
• Returned items must have all tags attached and unworn. Please make sure to include your packing slip with your order number in the package.
• A maximum of 8 items can be returned per order
• Items in damaged or used condition are non refundable
• All sale items and sale promotions are FINAL SALE, no refunds or exchanges. 
• If an exchange is needed, pls place your new order online and follow the above for requesting return label.
• Return shipping for exchanges are free. Pls mark packing slip with word 'exchange' upon returning
• We are not responsible for pilling or shrinking of garments
• We are not responsible for colors running, or any damages that occur during washing. We recommend washing new clothing with color catcher sheets
• We do not take responsibility for orders once they are postmarked as 'delivered'
